Spaceballs: The… is a recurring theme in Spaceballs. It is used to begin the name of any merchandise with the movie's name on it. An example is "Spaceballs: The Flamethrower." Yogurt describes this as "Moichendising (sic), where the real money from the movie is made."

  • None of the merchandise shown in the movie actually exists because George Lucas, the creator of Star Wars, would not let Mel Brooks have any of it made.

  • It is not known if Dark Helmet's figurines came in a box labeled, "Spaceballs: The Action Figures", or "Spaceballs: The Dolls".
